Very Powerful Medicine
I was here for 14 days for purification and cleansing with the result of a beautiful skin and healthy body. Never in my life did I have such an easy and pleasant fasting than here in the temple of no food. The staff is very warm, wonderful atmosphere with very good setup.
Even though I am interested and practice yoga since many years I have never heard about the Amroli technique which seems to me as a very important part of yoga! That’s why I am very thankful to have gained this knowledge here. And it is my wish to keep practicing it and to continue with more healthy diet and life style. Also I feel I have achieved more freedom because I know now a very powerful medicine and I depend less on doctors and medicines. No illusions, money rules the world – but at least they can’t charge you for your urine.
